Jackie Sincock

Senior Manager

For the past 25 years, Jackie has devoted her career to the ongoing development of the health and disability sectors bringing a strong sense of compassion, empathy and social justice to support people and teams to deliver better care.


Throughout her career, she has worked in diverse roles including, Nursing, Clinical Facilitator, Project Manager, General Manager and Quality Manager, held within organisations such as SA Health, Minda Inc., Community Support Incorporated and Kudos Services.


Most recently, Jackie has been contracted into health and community organisations to support their project and change ambitions, including establishing a project management office, integration of care, training and organisational development.


As Quality Manager with Australia’s first public-sector employee-led mutual, Kudos Services – working towards supporting children and young people through being the NDIA Partner for Early Childhood and a NDIS registered provider for therapy. As Quality Manager, Jackie was responsible for continually reviewing and improving the standard of what Kudos delivered to clients, including achieving accreditation and delivering on the $42 million-dollar, five-year grant agreement for early childhood.


Jackie is driven to utilise her skills in coaching, facilitation, change and improvement. She values integrity, trust, connection and learning, and focuses on human services experience.
