Pam is the proud co-founder of ZED and has been leading ZED Management Consulting for over 20 years. Pam is a recognised leader in strategy, transformation and organisational design. She has worked across public, private and not for profit sectors with a strong emphasis on the health and human services sector across Australia.
Pam has led many complex projects across ZED’s service offerings which includes strategy formulation, change design and delivery, digital health strategy and strategic communications. She is known for her strong leadership style, collaborative and co-design approach, strategic nous and for consistently delivering to the highest professional standards, always striving for excellence.
Pam has a deep understanding of business strategy, public policy and service delivery, and is a skilled facilitator, evaluator and strategist. She has worked extensively in health and human services, including acute and primary health, aged care, indigenous health, mental health and disability.
Pam has a proven track record of enabling the teams she leads to push boundaries and deliver tangible results. Pam is recognised for bringing optimistic and practical perspectives to co-create new strategies, services and ways of working.
She is a passionate experienced management consultant with high energy and determination to achieve great results driven by new approaches to policy, and she has worked on commissioning, sector capacity-building and system redesign.
Pam places importance and focus on building enduring and trust-based relationships with clients and stakeholders. She is renowned for strong stakeholder engagement management and communications.
Pam has a strong blend of ‘Big 4’ consulting experience with hands-on operational experience, having been a senior executive leader within KPMG and held the role of National Service Leader in Information Systems Governance across Australasia. Pam has also held senior operational roles in Government which has provided the grounding and experience in anticipating problems before they happen – a skill utilised extensively by our clients.
